I’ve not yet met anyone who lost 50 or 100 pounds without having a fitness facility of some sort to use. There must be such people, but they are apparently few and far between.
Find someplace you can go sweat it out. It does not have to be fancy or expensive.
Then go. At least 3 times per week, at least 30 minutes of mixed high and low intensity work per session, whatever that translates into for you.
