Yes, you definitely can, as long as you find that working out doesn’t make you feel worse or present a health or safety issue.  If you’re dizzy, feverish, about to barf, or under the influence of drugs that are sending you weird vibes  …. you’re going to have to  take that into account, and there’s not as much you’re gonna get accomplished by trying to push through that.  But if you’ve got a faucet-nose allergy, hey, you’re going to sneeze and drip regardless of what you’re doing, so you may as well do something active, and you may well find that your allergies are better in your workout location.
