What kind of exercise do I need to do to lose weight?

None.  Losing weight is about 80% diet.  You’re not going to be able to exercise off more than a couple of Oreos’ worth of over-consumption in a day unless you have several hours to devote to it.

Excercise lifts your spirit, makes you feel better, and helps you stick with your food plan.

What type?  Some of us need to be working up to a half marathon, others of us need to be working up to a 5K walk, and others need to be discovering  just whatever does not actually cause pain, and working to increase that threshold in a very gradual way.
