Why weight loss fails

Why do most weight losers end up weighing more than when they started?

Overly large expectations? Not thinking correctly? Doing it for wrong motivations?


Well, maybe, but the hard truth is, you have to eat too little to sustain your current weight, if you expect to lose weight. And that’s more difficult than just eating with abandon. If you take the easy way out, like most everyone, your weight loss will be an epic fail.

So don’t.
