The most important fitness question to ask yourself today

HOW DO YOU WANT TO FEEL TOMORROW?

Empowered?  Energized?

Or despondent, guilty, sluggish, and bored.

To a major extent, you can heavily influence how you will feel tomorrow.  Part of the way you feel tomorrow depends on what you eat today.  And how well you stick to the goals you promised yourself for today.

Do today what you will feel good about having done today, tomorrow.
