Green peppers, cut out the insides and discard
Put it all on the grill. No oil needed. Don’t over cook the steak.
I finish this off in smaller chunks on a grill pan with hooked in it. That’s optional.
You can skip the tortillas. And add some salsa and low fat sour cream and or guacamole.
So good. So fun for a crowd. So healthy.
