Here’s a pretty cool program. I’m going to give it a go for their 30 day challenge, which you can start any time.  It’s basically eating the  same things I eat every day anyway, but eating only these foods all the time, for 30 consecutive days.

At the site above you’ll find a wealth of useful information, as well as a paid subscription 30 day email service that’s interesting but of course not required.  People have been eating this way a long time.
