Are nuts fattening?

In answer to a question…

Food is fattening, our not, depending on how many calories you consume over a long period of time. You could get big on, or lose weight on, as anything.

But if you mean are they highly caloric, yes. But they’re also highly filling so you’ll eat fewer, and their consumption daily is linked to positive health outcomes.

There are no evil foods. Just inappropriate quantities.
