What to do when the scale isn’t moving

Let’s assume we’re talking about not moving over a period of a week or more, because day to day weight fluctuations are based more on your hydration level and tummy contents than anything else.

It’s not because you ate the wrong things or did the wrong exercises.  Your weight change from last week is the perfect amount considering how much you ate and moved.  If it stayed the same, you balanced out your intake and output perfectly, over the course of the week.  To lose weight, you’ll need to eat less or move more — or preferably both.  It’s not rocket science, and it’s happened to all of us.
