Why do I get so hungry between meals?

Good question.  Let’s go two separate ways:

1. Because you’re actually hungry.  Your meals are too far apart, or too small, or some combination thereof.  You can fix this easily.

2. Because you’re not hungry but you’re associating something you want, with eating.  Maybe you’re in need of a big hug, a friend, someone to pass the time with, some activity, fewer stress inducing problems — you name it.   This is harder to fix but it can be done, and is being done by large numbers of people.   If hunger isn’t the issue, eating isn’t the resolution.  More on how to find the real issue tomorrow, and on how to resolve the underlying issue later this week.
