Do you need milk?  Not really.  In fact, if you think you may have a milk sensitivity, and don’t know for sure, DO get yourself tested for that.  You may not recognize that daily stomach ache for what it is.

Otherwise … it’s true that milk is sugary but it’s relatively high in protein too.  And it’s the main way many non plant loving, indoorish people get their vitamin D supply.  Don’t rule it out completely, but don’t feel that you have to have milk to get your nutritional needs met.
