Eat more for breakfast

Do you do super great on your diet until dinnertime, and then blow through all the calories you’d saved all day?  Eat more for breakfast.

Do you get the late night munchies?  Eat more for breakfast.

Do you get really tired at work, especially after lunch?  Eat more for breakfast.

Eating more of your calories earlier leaves you less hungry all the rest of the day.   We highly recommend it.    Have protein at every meal, being sure to get some good protein at breakfast.   Protein takes longer to be broken down in your stomach enough to empty out into your small intestine, so you’re going to feel fuller.
