What they’re really saying is that not eating 140 calories is like escaping an extra half hour of walking off 140 calories.  Walking is a natural antidepressant and builds more energy into your tomorrow… But there’s a point where your eating is producing more caloric load than you’re moving off.  S you could either eat your seaweed or go for a walk…. Hmm. Where’s my shoes.
