Boost your weight loss technique from Surviving, to Thriving

What’s the difference?  Survivors are hanging on for dear life, hoping not to succumb.  It’s better than dying but you could be doing something better – thriving.

First steps:

1. Can you envision what it would be like to be finding huge enjoyment in what you’re doing?

2. If so, what is the very next thing someone in that position would be enjoying?

3.  Go do that.

4. Repeat till you get there.  One moment at a time if you have to.
