Ways to feel full

Ever wish you could feel fuller from eating less? You can, actually.  

Protein based foods take longer to break down in your stomach. Likewise fibrous foods. 

Sugar based foods give you a high then a crash, both physically and hormonally.

So to feel fuller longer, some turkey on wheat bread is going to go much farther than a donut, for example.

It’s all about creating the caloric intake you want without the feeling of deprivation you don’t.
