How to survive a nut allergy in the family

This one is tough.  Do what you can, in every situation, and carry your meds.  Listen.  If you have been given an EpiPen, it’s with you for a reason.  Keep it on you.  Mom and dad, it’s your responsibility when it’s your child.  Is this hard?  One of my own friend’s stepson suffocated on the way to the hospital, begging not to die, after a bite of something that was not supposed to have nuts in it, that he’d specifically asked about.    Dad did not have the pen with him. THAT’s hard.
