Part way through the day, and all the way through your calories

Ever gotten back from lunch, logged your calories, and realize you’re done for the day?

There’s only three options.

A.  Go hungry till breakfast.  Not reasonable, not sustainable, not good for your health.

B. Cut way back the rest of the day and hope for the best.  This one leads to finding yourself facedown in a tub of ice cream by midnight, just from the stress of trying to cut way back.

C.  Go exercise.  Here you go!  If you are going to need another meal today, and there’s calorically not room for it, make some room by getting your move on.  It won’t take more than an hour to get 300-400 calories of room for another meal.
