Here’s a little yogurt secret. You’re more likely to make an impulse purchase of one yogurt versus another if the front-side artwork and name combine to tell you a story that reminds you of being happily well-fed.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this product in the taste department — it tastes quite a bit like apple pie filling.  I have to admit, I was looking for the crust taste the whole time.  It’s not there, but that’s ok, the overall taste was fine.  That’s a pretty common thing for me, buying the Grandma’s Blueberry Pie with Ice Cream flavor  yogurt and being disappointed that it’s just blueberry yogurt.  Whatevs.

100 calories, 14 grams of sugars, from high fructose corn syrup.  The jury is still out on the relative effect of HFCS as opposed to naturally occurring sugars, so if you’re on the No side of the HFCS debate you’ll want to choose something else.  Otherwise, give it a 7 of 10.
