Pre-made excuses

Do you have some excuses ready for why you’re not losing weight?  Reasons you find acceptable … like birthday, holiday, special meals, special events, trips to the buffet?

If so, it’s an indication that you don’t want the weight loss as much as you want the things that result in weight gain.

When you really want it you’ll reorganize your life so that there is no other option than to lose weight.  If you’re ready to do lose it, drop the excuses and you’ll start losing weight.
