3 ways to avoid becoming depressed about your job

1.  See your job in its proper place.  It’s what you do 1/3 of your day.  Another 1/3 is sleep, leaving 1/3 for the things that give the most ongoing value.

2. Do your best, and let God take care of all the rest.

3. This sounds trite but it’s a huge help.  Every hour, take a brief break to do something else.  If you sit all day, go for a little walk.  If you walk all day, take a brief sit.
